Hiyam Jabak
Hiyäm is a great lover of life. With over 22 years of experience teaching the art of movement and the art of breath, she aspires to share her colorful essence and knowledge.
Her bubbly energy and gratitude for life are felt from the first meeting.
At the age of 18, Hiyäm discovered Thai martial arts. She became the first female teacher in Quebec and the second in Canada. She then moved to Thailand to live her dream.
That's when her life changed. Through visiting Thai monks and temples, she connected and began meditation in addition to a diligent yoga practice.
She then returned to Montreal to begin her yoga teacher training with Sylvie Tremblay. Since then, she has undertaken several advanced training, notably in India and, more recently, that of a healing training. Since 2013, Hiyäm has taught for more than 6 years at Enso Yoga Mtl, Sangha Yoga as well as mentored Sylvie Tremblay in her teacher training and advanced teacher training.
Driven by the love of cooking, she also worked in high-end hotels and, since 2013, as a tea sommelier. Its mission is to contribute to this sharing.
For 22 years, Hiyäm has shared her passion for the Art of Movement. She listens and adapts to the energy of each person she meets to create an authentic holistic environment. Teaching martial arts and the art of living in yoga guides her to her Dharma
